RETURN & REFUND POLICY
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t accept it.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Tags must be attached.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items include:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Personalized/custom products
- Worn socks or items with hygiene seals removed
To request a return: Email us at general@fuactivewear.com with:
- Order number
- Photos (if damaged or wrong)
- Description of the issue
Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs:
- You pay if it’s a size, fit, or change-of-mind issue.
- We pay if the item is damaged, incorrect, or faulty.
Refunds:
- Processed within 5–10 business days once your return is received and approved.
- You’ll receive the refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take time to reflect—check with your bank or card provider first.
Exchanges:
- Place a new order once your return is accepted.
- We’ll cover shipping for faulty or incorrect orders.
European Union 14 day cooling off period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
