SHIPPING POLICY



Order Processing

We aim to get your gear moving within 2–7 business days (yep, that's weekdays only—weekends are for leg day regrets). Once your order is processed, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Check your spam folder if you're still refreshing your inbox after a week.


Where We Ship

Everywhere. Seriously—if your country has a postal service, we probably ship there. We print and dispatch products straight from production.

Important: If your country is on Mars, has no working postal code, or is in active conflict, we might have to cancel the order and refund you.


Shipping Times

We don’t teleport, but we try. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your package is out the door, here’s what to expect:

Customs, Duties & Taxes

You’re responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or local VAT charges. We don’t collect these in advance, and we have zero control over your country’s tax policies (if we did, we'd be billionaires by now).

If your local customs office holds your package ransom, it’s your job to pay the fee to release it.


Delivery & Tracking

All shipments come with tracking. If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while, don’t panic—some carriers don’t scan packages regularly, especially once they cross borders.

Still no sign of it after 30 business days? Contact us, and we’ll look into it (without the usual customer service runaround).


Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order is taking longer than expected, please wait the full delivery window before contacting us. We hate waiting too, but unless your parcel grew legs and walked off, it's probably just taking the scenic route.

If your package is marked “delivered” but nowhere in sight, check your mailbox, reception, neighbours, or that one cousin who always “borrows” your stuff.
