DELIVERY, RETURNS and REFUNDS POLICY

This Returns, Refunds & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through this website operated under the Fitness Union / FU Activewear brand (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

All products sold on this website are produced on demand once an order is placed. Products are not pre-manufactured or stocked in bulk.
As a result, returns and refunds are subject to specific limitations, as outlined below, and differ from those of traditional mass-production retailers.

2. ORDER CONFIRMATION and PROCESSING

Upon successful placement of an order:
• You will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase
• Orders enter production shortly after confirmation
• Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has commenced

Please ensure all order details, including product selection, sizing, and shipping address, are correct prior to checkout.

3. PRODUCTION and DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

3.1 Production
Production typically begins shortly after an order is placed and may take 2-4 business days.

3.2 Shipping
Estimated delivery times generally range from 5–10 business days, depending on destination and shipping method selected. Delivery times may be longer for remote or international locations.

4. SHIPPING, TRACKING and CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email
• Tracking information is provided by the carrier and may take time to update
• Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier once dispatched

Delays caused by customs procedures, weather events, public holidays, political events, carrier disruptions, or other force majeure circumstances are outside our control.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES and TAXES

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges:
• Are not included in the purchase price
• Are the sole responsibility of the customer
• Are required to be paid to release the shipment from customs

We do not control, collect, or refund customs charges.

6. ELIGIBLE RETURNS & REFUNDS

We will offer a replacement or refund only in the following cases:
• The incorrect item was received
• The item arrived damaged
• The item has a verified manufacturing or printing defect

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

7. HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM

To submit a claim, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Your email must include:
• Order number
• Clear photographic evidence showing the issue (product and branding visible)
• A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted without adequate documentation or outside the 7-day window may be declined.

8. RETURNS PROCESS

Returns are not automatic and must be approved prior to shipping any item back.
If a return is approved:
• Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and original condition
• Returns must be sent to an authorized return facility
• The customer is responsible for selecting the appropriate return facility and ensuring correct shipment

Unapproved or improperly returned items may be rejected or disposed of.

Return addresses may change. Customers are responsible for confirming suitability prior to shipment.

10. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Preference changes (e.g. colour or style)

Detailed size charts are provided on each product page in both centimeters and inches. Fit may vary by product style.

11. DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If tracking indicates that an order has been delivered but you have not received it:
• Check with neighbours, building management, or others at the delivery address
• Contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation

If the carrier confirms successful delivery to the address provided, the order will be considered fulfilled.

12. RETURNED TO SENDER

Orders returned due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Failure to collect
• Customs refusal

May be subject to reshipping fees. Original production and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Reshipment is not guaranteed and may require additional payment.

13. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders lost due to incorrect address details are not eligible for refund.

14. REFUNDS

Approved refunds are processed after inspection or confirmation of the claim.
Refunds are typically issued within 5 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
